A purchased license grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Avocado macOS application. A standard license allows activation on unlimited personal devices owned by the license holder, subject to reasonable use. Sharing licenses publicly or across a large organization under a single personal seat is strictly prohibited.
You may use Avocado to assist with any personal or commercial videography, presentations, or live broadcasts. We do not lay claim to any content or scripts you process through the software.
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the creators of Avocado be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software. (For example: if a glitch causes you to lose your script right before a big webinar, we sincerely apologize, but we are not legally liable).
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be visible either via application updates or notices on the website. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of those changes.
